With a career spanning civil engineering, real estate investment and management, and project management, Dean brings a rare blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and personal insight to AHS. 

As a licensed Civil Engineer, Dean has managed programs and projects for real estate developments for the nation’s largest Fortune 500 companies, overseeing engineering design and construction to multimillion-dollar budgets. This experience sharpened his ability to see the big picture—knowing where money should be allocated in construction and property improvements to maximize value and efficiency. 

“In commercial construction,” he says, “attention to detail is non-negotiable—every contractor, every deadline, every spec is meticulously managed. Why shouldn’t homeowners get that same level of care?” At AHS, he’s bringing that precision to Fairfield County’s finest homes. A company built on the belief that luxury residences deserve the meticulous attention typically reserved for commercial construction.

Dean’s journey began in the Connecticut countryside, where he grew up watching his parents wrestle with the relentless demands of maintaining a sprawling 6-acre estate. When he purchased his own home years later, that lesson hit home: ‘homeowners need real help’. 

As a Norwalk resident, he’s not just leading another home service company—he’s a neighbor who gets it. He’s walked the same tree-lined streets, dealt with the same seasonal upkeep, and felt the same pride in a well-maintained home. This local insight fuels AHS’s tailored approach, whether it’s maintaining a historic property’s charm or supervising a modern estate while its owners travel.
